If you are responding to an international call for assistance, or you have been requested specifically. You should use this system to apply for a visa to travel. Submission of a visa application does not give you an automatic right to travel.
This form should be completed by every individual that wishes to participate in the SIMEX annual exercise. The date of travel should be listed as the day before the commencement date of the exercise, or the day before you intend to participate.

Once received, the application will be reviewed and, if successful, the individual named will be issued with a VISA to attend the designated country at the designated time.
Your visa will be requested at the entry system, and throughout your visit to the country specified. You will need to present this document when requested to do so, by a duly appointed person.
PLEASE NOTE: Filling out this online document does not give you an automatic right to travel. If you have any queries, please contact visasystem@simex.online
Failure to provide an appropriate visa may result in your arrest or expulsion from the country. It may also result in your organisation being removed from the response and required to follow suit, in the worst economy seats that can be purchased. Likely the one right next to the toilet everybody uses.
